A Deep Exploration of Humanity’s Struggles
Serbian hard rock band BaYaT is ready to set the world ablaze again with the release of their powerful new EP “Purge” on November 10th. Echoing the sound of bands such as Staind and Five Finger Death Punch, the EP is the second part of a trilogy that started with their debut album, “So It Begins.”
Miloš Bajat, the mastermind behind BaYaT, wrote all the songs in the EP, adding the contribution of the band’s esteemed manager David Anthony Kitching as a co-writer in some of the tracks. Recorded in Studio Blaze, “Purge” was also produced, mixed, and mastered by Miloš Mihajlović, who, as the band’s leader relays, is now almost a “sixth member of the band.”
“Purge” amplifies BaYaT’s unfiltered reflection of society’s complexities, touching upon humanity’s potential downfall amidst societal chaos, personal turmoil, and emotional isolation. Every song is a mirror, capturing the complexity of modern life’s struggles and desires while showcasing the spectrum of emotions that define our human essence.
BaYaT’s potent sound first shook the world in 2019 with their debut EP “So It Begins.” The Serbian band has carved its unique space in the global rock music scene with its powerful, honest lyrics and electrifying live performances.

Born in the cradle of Novi Sad, Serbia, BaYaT is a formidable five-piece hard rock band with a passion for powerful, honest lyrics and electrifying live performances. Echoing the style of influential rock groups like Audioslave and Godsmack, BaYaT has carved its unique space in the global rock music scene.
